He was Vice President of Business Affairs for the Walt Disney Company as well as an attorney at Paramount Pictures Corporation. He founded an international television and motion picture Distribution Company with the Walt Disney family. He was also the founder and CEO of Falcon Waterfree Technologies, an international company that developed a waterless urinal that was so successful it was installed at the Beijing Olympics and the China Pavilion at the Shanghai World Expo. Victor leads Association Management System initiatives in China. He is a bilingual expert on China business, media, and government relations. He has developed numerous joint ventures and other businesses in China, including a non-profit live cornea transfer program between the US and China. He possess a diversified business experience working with AT&T, IBM, Samsung USA on technical development projects, and with Walt Disney Company for feature films productions, such as Lion King and Mulan.
